Satisfy or Refund

This is again a very shocking step especially for those who have dealt with a lot of freelancers and remain unsuccessful about what they were looking for.

Here is the story on revisions: they charge or even sometimes they don’t bother to respond.

Well, my policy is different than all. I want to build long term business relationships with the clients and if they say to me: “Look, Usman, truly speaking I didn’t get any single penny benefit from your services”, I’ll simply say: OK no problem let me refund you your money.
